Robert L. Wallace is an accomplished engineer, entrepreneur, author, business consultant, and internationally-known keynote speaker. He is the founder of three companies – Bithenergy, Inc., BITHGROUP Technologies, Inc., and EntreTeach Learning Systems, LLC.

Robert L. Wallace earned his MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering. He also served as Chairperson for the State of Maryland Information Technology Board (ITB), the Governor’s Advanced Technology Commission, Small Business Task Force, Minority Business Task Force, Greater Baltimore Committee, Kennedy Krieger Institute, Presidents Roundtable, and the BRAC Commission.

Carolyn W. Green

Chief Administrative Officer

Carolyn W. Green is the Chief Administration Officer for BITHGROUP Technologies. She has day-to-day responsibility for the company’s human resources, benefits, payroll, physical infrastructure, and recruiting and staff augmentation department.

Ms. Green has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, design engineering, research and development, human resources management, implementation of high performance teams, implementing Total Quality, and executive leadership. Ms. Green earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering.

Jordan-David Wallace

VP of Strategy & Operations

Jordan-David Wallace earned his B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and Public Policy from Dartmouth College. Jordan has over 9 years of experience in Energy and Infrastructure Finance and project management at BithEnergy and Alvarez & Marsal. He has delivered structured financing for Public-Private Partnerships, Municipal Infrastructure projects, and Renewable Energy developments for clients including the U.S Navy, U.S Air Force, The State of Louisiana, Travis County, and Howard University. He also has 6 years of Data Analysis and Engineering experience as an analytics lead at Meta and Capital One Finance. Currently, he serves on the board of Global Vessels and is Chairman of The Board at The HiBU Foundation, focused on creating entrepreneurship and job education training for children in underserved communities.

Alicia Singleton, PMP

Project Manager

Alicia Singleton is an experienced energy analyst, quality specialist, and data systems manager. With over fifteen years of experience in systems and process management, she currently manages the Energy Information Systems (EIS) Team within Bithenergy.

Ms. Singleton is an alumnus of Morgan State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and her Master of Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Management. Her background includes working with customers in the areas of data analysis, process improvement, measurement and verification, and general project management.

Nathalie J Almanza

Sales Director

With previous experience as a Sales Director at IAS Builders, Nathalie Almanza brings a unique understanding of the EPC industry, particularly in the U.S. and South American markets. She earned her B.A in Business Administration from Universidad de la Sabana, Colombia.

At IAS Builders, she created, implemented, and evaluated business strategies to increase revenue and profit margins. Prior to her role as Sales Director, Nathalie was a Project Manager managing residential and commercial turnkey reconstruction and renovation projects. She has extensive experience with cost estimation, contract negotiations and execution, and program management. Through effective client management, she established a pattern of successful sales, generating an average of 38+ new projects per month. Nathalie continues to bring a culture of consistent project quality and results to the Bithenergy team.
