Bithenergy Contracted by PG County for Project DoE 2014-0001

Bithenergy has been contracted by the Prince Georges County Department of Environment to execute Project: DoE 2014-0001 Integrated Water Management, Renewable Energy and EV Charging Station Installation Demonstration Project to increase long-term sustainable and environmentally friendly solution in Prince Georges County.  The project includes the following Scope of Work in three different sites located within the Prince Georges County in Upper Marlboro, Maryland:

  • Replace roof and gutters. Install 9.1kW solar PV system using Sunpower 327 panels and string inverter inclusive of total labor, G&A, and materials costs for building, roofing, and electrical repairs that were required in order to accomplish the solar installation.

In addition, for this specific site Bithenergy is including Storm water management and Wastewater retrofits which include: Rain Harvesting, Rain Garden, Micro Bio retention, Permeable Pavement, Erosion and Sediment Control and is responsible for supplying and installing all exterior piping per septitech installation drawings.   • Install 40.3kW solar PV system using Hyundai 280 panels and string inverters inclusive of total labor, G&A, and materials costs for building, roofing, and electrical repairs that were required in order to accomplish the solar installation. (3750 Brown Station RD).

Install, inspect, and label, three (3) dual head EV charging stations to 2011 NEC and local building code requirements. EV Stations provided by County. (9400 Peppercorn Rd).
