ENERGY STAR Benchmarking
After an energy audit is complete, you can obtain an ENERGYSTAR benchmark, which will allow you to compare your energy consumption to that of similar buildings across the nation, and to prioritize your energy-saving opportunities. At the ENERGYSTAR website, simply select the option to obtain an ENERGYSTAR benchmark and answer a few additional questions. Your data will be sent to the website where scores are calculated (you will be able to access your scores at the end of the assessment tool summary page.)
